    As an MEP BIM Modeler, you will be a key contributor to the successful integration of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within our mixed-use project. Collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and project stakeholders, you will utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to develop accurate and coordinated models. Your expertise will ensure the efficient implementation of MEP systems, contributing to the overall success of our project.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Modeling and Coordination: Develop detailed 3D models of MEP systems using BIM software, ensuring accurate representation and coordination with other building components.
    2. Collaboration: Work closely with MEP engineers, designers, and other project team members to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within the BIM environment.
    3. Clash Detection: Conduct clash detection analyses to identify and resolve conflicts between MEP systems and other building elements.
    4. Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks on MEP BIM models to ensure compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and design requirements.
    5. Updates and Revisions: Maintain and update MEP BIM models to reflect design changes, revisions, and coordination feedback.
    6. Documentation: Contribute to the creation of accurate construction documents, including drawings and schedules derived from the MEP BIM models.
    7. Communication: Effectively communicate with the project team to address design issues, provide technical support, and participate in coordination meetings.
    8. Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry advancements, software updates, and emerging trends in MEP systems and BIM technology.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
    2. Proven experience as an MEP BIM Modeler with a focus on mixed-use projects.
    3. Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks.
    4. Strong understanding of MEP systems, codes, and standards.
    5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    6. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality and coordinated MEP models.
    7. Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a dynamic project environment.
    8. Relevant certifications in BIM or MEP would be advantageous.
