Job Summary

We areseeking a Corporate Lead Finance Analyst to join the DebtManagement Division of Group Treasury Management Department at ThisCompany. The Lead Finance Analyst is critical in helping executivesto manage and optimize the companys substantial global assets cashflows and investment banking relationships. Successful candidatesmust possess a great understanding of corporate finance loanadministration bank and investor relationships. The successfulcandidate considered for this position should have technicalexpertise in working with loan administration systems generationand drafting management reports and external circulations. Inaddition successful candidates should have an ability to work withcross functional teams on complex nonroutine financial projectswhich have little precedent. Candidates should also possess theknowledge of analyzing external sources of debt to identifyemerging trends in support of This Companys global financingstrategies ensuring that the group maintains ready access tofinancial markets to meet its expansionary requirements. Theposition requires a reasonable knowledge of debt capital marketsand may involve the candidate leading many aspects of corporatedebt issuances as well as establishing relevant systems andprocedures in support of companys debt management efforts. Thisposition involves heavy interaction with senior finance managementas well as project development and bank relationshipteams.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Collaborate with legal and investor relations teams toprepare information memoranda and associated materials forpotential investors.
• Assist in formulating andimplementing financing strategies policies and procedures to ensuregrouplevel financial flexibility.
• Manage ThisCompanys multibilliondollar credit facilities including processingpayments to/from external parties.
• Conducttesting of financial controls and ensure adherence to guidelinesand controls.
• Draft and distribute creditfacility reports to management and external parties asneeded.
• Review credit facility agreements incoordination with legal departments.
• Providefinancial support to This Company Joint Ventures asrequired.
• Coordinate with Accounting to ensureaccurate recording of loan accruals/records.
• Ensure compliance with debt covenants and reportingrequirements.
• Train and develop juniorprofessional staff.
• Collaborate with relevantstakeholders to assess cash funding requirements.
• Possess a strong understanding of capital marketsinvestment banking and financing vehicles across the corporatecapital structure.
• Engage with executivesacross the investment banking community and executivemanagement.
• Assist in structuring pricing andnegotiating debt issuances.

Requirements:

• Willingness to relocate toDhahran Saudi Arabia.
• Hold aBachelors degree in Finance Economics or Accounting from arecognized program. An MBA is preferred.
• Possess a minimum of seven years of relevant workexperience in the Oil and Gas industry or leading a Debt CapitalMarkets structuring/syndication team.
• Preferably hold a financial certification such as CPA CMACTP or CFA.
• Have experience dealing withcorporate credit rating requirements.
• Capableof interfacing with senior management in an advisorycapacity.
• Demonstrate the ability to workwithin a matrix organization and collaborate effectively withmultidisciplinary project teams and consultants to deliver resultsefficiently.
• Possess negotiation experienceand comprehension of complex legal agreements and bankingdocuments.
