Growingtraditional consulting firm looking to add a talentedLand Development Project Manager to theirDenveroffice

Responsibilities:

• Lead/manageprojects and project teamactivities
  
• Prepareproject proposals, scopes, budgets and professional serviceagreements
  
• Create,implement, and monitor project schedules then assign/communicate toprojectteam
  
• Allocateresources
  
• Manageprojectfinancials/invoicing
  
• Build/maintainclient relationships (leads projects withintent to generate a repeat and referralclients)
  
• Mentor/trainjuniorstaff
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master s degree in engineering from an accredited four-yearuniversity
  
• 6+years of engineeringexperience
  
• Experiencewith all aspects of engineering planning, design, and landdevelopment project construction including delegatingtasks
  
• PELicense
  
• Advancedknowledge of the approval/permittingprocess
  
• Advancedknowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and MSOffice
  
• Experiencemanaging project financials, schedules, andbudgets
