    Responsibilities:

    The Geozone Product Line Manager forDigital Solutions is responsible for the planning organizationleadership management and execution within the Saudi Arabia area tooptimize profit and meet marketing financial corporate and productline growth objectives while maintaining the highest level ofservice quality and safety commitment to our clients. The Managerwill interface with the Geozone Senior Vice President and GlobalProduct Line Vice President to determine and assist in theimplementation of product line strategies and will interfaceregularly with all areas of the sales organization to assure theproduct line is being represented to meet client expectations andensure healthy market share position. In addition this role isresponsible for managing the white space between the differentproduct lines and capitalize on multi product line relationshipsand bundling opportunities.

    • Maintains the higheststandards of corporate governance ensuring that all activities arecarried out ethically and in compliance with Company policies andprocedures relevant laws regulations standards and industrypractices
    • Responsible with being familiarwith the Companys Security Compliance & HSE policies andtakes an active role in the compliance & improvement ofWeatherfords Management System including meeting all reportingrequirements
    • Complies with the Companys Rulesto Live By and all applicable rules regulations and standards thatthe Company abides by
    • Places Quality Health & Safety Security and protection ofthe Environment as core values while never intentionally placingemployees our processes customers or the communities in which welive and work at risk of loss
    • Seeks continualimprovement in Quality Health Safety Security & protectionof the Environment taking into account responsible care processvulnerabilities public customer and employee inputs knowledge andtechnology and best business practices to exceed customerexpectations
    • In a supervisory / managementrole demonstrates effective safety leadership by being responsiblefor the health and safety arrangements of all and any subordinatesand for any persons visiting them while on the Company premises toenhance the Companys commitment to safety performance

    QUALITY
    • Responsiblefor being familiar with the Companys Quality policies and takes anactive role in the compliance and improvement of WeatherfordsManagement System
    • Maintains service qualityas immediate priorities when working across all areas of thebusiness

    COMMUNICATION
    • Share accountability with sales and businessdevelopment teams for local customer relationships and market shareencroachment. Maintain a high profile within customercommunity
    • Maintains effective communicationswith all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriateexternal
    • Clearly communicates expectationsroles and responsibilities to their reports
    • Responsible for maximizing financial results of the product linewithin assigned geography including forecast profit and loss fixedassets inventory capital expenditures payables andreceivables
    • Preparation & Review ofBid Summary Analysis (BSAs) for applicable projects withjustification both strategic and financial. Presentation andapproval of BSAs to appropriate GOA in advance of all commercialsubmissions
    • All employees have anaccountability to the organisation to be financially responsiblewhether they are in charge of a function budget or simply their ownexpenses
    • Costs incurred should be withinapproved budget and processed within agreed time frames andfollowing the relevant financial policy and procedure

    PEOPLE & DEVELOPMENT
    • Influence Geozone organization to ensure time isscheduled for team members participate and to complete training& competency assurance program
    • Createa reliable organization and succession plan
    • Lead the way on people management to drive a motivated disciplinedand productive workforce. This includes effective staff leadershipperformance management by setting objectives and driving appraisalsand communication
    • Collaborate with HumanResources and Training Development to drive strategies for therecruitment & retention of key personal & to fosteran environment that enables the Company to attract & retaina high performing talented workforce
    • Activelyengage with their employees to support talent management throughWeatherfords performance management & coaching tools andprocesses including but not limited to talent assessmentssuccession planning & regular coachingopportunities
    • Employees have a responsibilityfor developing their own careers within the Company includingcompleting all necessary function compliance & businessstandards training to enhance their knowledge skills andexperience
    VISION& LEADERSHIP
    • Participate in Geozone strategy research and developmentrequirements and development priority for new and emergingproducts
    • Responsible and accountable forrefining and executing the above strategies within theGeozone
    • Ensures all applicable components ofthe GZ and GPL strategy are developed into a GZ PL strategy andfull executed across the GZ
    • Collaborate witha wide variety of functional areas such as sales operations globalproduct line leaders and marketing to develop and provide productdefinitions as well as be responsive to customer needs and marketopportunities
    • Defines product line technologyspecific sales targets for the GZ in collaboration with the GZSales Leader via budgeting and local market strategy
    • Communicates and drives technology deployment andtechnology budget priorities through functional reporting linesfrom GZ technical Sales people
    • Demonstratesleadership ethical behaviour and adherence to Weatherford standardsat all times
    Qualifications: REQUIRED
    • Bachelors degree in Engineering or Science
    • 10years oil & gas industry experience
    • 2years Branch Plant/P&L experience
    • Experience in Production and understanding of the Oil& gas Production challenges and applications
    • Experience in the execution of day to day operations andproduct related projects
    • Experience instrategic planning and execution knowledge of contractingnegotiating and change management skill in examining tenders marketconditions and operational requirements
    PREFERRED
    • Experience in sales and marketing
