JobResponsibilities

• Attitude iseverything greet service department customers promptly andcourteously
  
• Listen to each customer andclearly articulate repair needs to techs
  
• Upsellrecommended/additional services using low-pressure, high-integritymethods
  
• Provide accurate estimates ofrepair/maintenance costs
  
• Adherence to dealershippolicy on customer vehicle care andoperation
  
• Follow up on each repair andkeep customers informed of progress
  
• Sell and manageextended warranties
  
• Inspect repair quality andensure that all work is complete
  
• Notify customerswhen vehicles are ready for pick up
  
• Review and explainrepairs and associated costs withcustomers
  
• Handle minor customerconcerns and complaints
  
• Keep Service Manager informed of allproblems and potential problems
  
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)scores in accordance with dealershipstandards
  

Requirements

• 2 years of experience requiredfor consideration

• Compensation isbased on experience (earning ranges estimated between$50k-$70k).
