    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our team and oversee Government consulting projects. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from all aspects, including human resources, time management, and allocation of resources. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the government sector, preparing technical offers and presentations, and calculating budgets and costs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and manage Government consulting projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
    • Oversee all aspects of project management, including resource allocation, human resources, and time management.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with the government sector, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
    • Prepare and present technical offers and presentations to clients, show casing the value and benefits of our services.
    • Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement necessary corrective actions.
    • Calculate budgets and costs for projects, ensuring profitability and financial viability.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, government regulations, and market developments relevant to the public sector.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • At least 3-6 years of experience in account management or project management, preferably in the public sector.
    • Possess a PMP(Project Management Professional) certificate or equivalent.
    • Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
