Saudi Constructioneers Ltd. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a BIM Modeler located in Riyadh. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and modifying 3D models of buildings and structures, and producing construction documents such as drawings and specifications. The BIM Modeler will also collaborate with design teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology
• Proficiency in Architecture and 3D modeling software
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Ability to understand complex construction drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and codes
• Professional certification in BIM is a plu
