We are seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Planning and Scheduling Engineer.


RequirementsResponsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 software.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather project data and requirements.
Analyze project timelines, identify potential issues, and recommend solutions.
Prepare regular reports and updates on project progress, milestones, and potential delays.
Ensure project schedules are in compliance with contractual agreements and industry standards.
Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement in project planning and scheduling processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, with 3 years of relevant industry experience.
Expertise in Primavera P6 software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies (PMP certification is a plus).
