    Job Description

    • Ensure Workplace Safety by following HSE policies and procedures
    • Maintain machine tools and equipment
    • Operate and control machines, including CNC programming
    • Implement machining and manufacturing operations, applying special tooling as needed
    • FOLLOW operational procedures and document processes effectively
    • Develop strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate leadership abilities
    • Stay up-to-date with digital technologies and apply them in your work
    • Produce high-quality output by adhering to blueprints and specifications
    • Identify and address problems promptly

    Qualifications

    To succeed in this role, you'll need:

    • A Mechanical Engineering Diploma or equivalent qualification
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in English communication (CEFR CA or greater)

    Experience

    You should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

    • Basic computer and IT knowledge, including Microsoft Office packages
    • Strong applied engineering mathematics skills
    • Ability to interpret and understand engineering drawings and schematics
