JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys to establish property boundaries, locations, and elevation of land or structures.
• Use a variety of surveying equipment, such as GPS, total stations, and leveling instruments.
• Create accurate and detailed survey reports, drawings, and maps.
• Analyze survey data, including field notes, maps, and deeds.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure project accuracy and success.
• Ensure adherence to surveying standards and practices.
• Maintain surveying equipment and perform regular calibrations.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior surveying staff.
• It will be a night shift job.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in land surveying.
• Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and leveling instruments.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, land measurement techniques, and relevant laws and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license preferred.
