    Education andexperience:

    Bachelor's degree inelectrical engineering, electronic engineering, or relatedfield.
    At least 3-5 years of experience working withautomatic control systems and intelligent distributionsystems.
    Technology knowledge:

    Deepknowledge of advanced control systems such as SCADA (SupervisoryControl and Data Acquisition).
    Strong understanding ofcontrol software, automation and communicationssystems.
    Artistic skills:

    Ability todiagnose and maintain problems with automatic controlsystems.
    Planning and organization skills in implementingand maintaining systems.
    managementskills:

    The ability to lead the work team anddirect it in implementing tasks.
    Strong analytical skillsto evaluate systems performance and identify opportunities forimprovement.
