Job summary
The Pharmacist is responsible for providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients. This role includes medication management, collaboration with healthcare teams, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications within the pharmacy and the hospital.Responsibilities
- Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential interactions.
- Work directly with physicians, other health professionals to ensure that the medications prescribed for patients contribute to the best possible health outcomes.
