Job summary
The Early Career Training is a program that invests in young talents where GE Vernova trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria.Responsibilities
- Repair wing to wing process management & weekly report out.
- Outage preparation support, coordinate parts demand and logistics.
- Follow up on event management & tools issues as they arise and work on resolution.
- Suport on signed contracts execution
giving you exposure to different markets products,
and leaders.
World-class training in sales leadership,
business skills. Program members strengthen their commercial business
as well as leadership skills by completing hands-on online training.
Work closely with the Commercial Team to support development of the overall business growth strategy including market analysis market opportunities identification
as well as execution of the sales growth plan.
Collaborate with Sales Managers to define
the sales strategy for targeted clients
and develop a thorough understanding an
d analysis of core markets.Partner with Proposal team in development compilation of proposals
to meet customers' sales team requirements.Builid present Risk Opportunities analysis alongside Sales Managers.Support customer negotiations ensure deals deliver shareholder value contribute positively
