- Develop and implement weldingprocesses and procedures to optimize product quality andefficiency.
- Collaborate with the engineeringand production teams to develop welding specifications for newproducts and materials.
- Monitor and controlwelding parameters to achieve desired weld quality andstrength.
- Conduct weld inspections andnon-destructive testing to ensure compliance with industrystandards and customer requirements.
