JobSummary:

Our client are seeking ahighly skilled and experienced Contracts & TenderingManager who should have at least 1520 years of experience incontracts and commercial management of mega building mixed usedevelopment and/or infrastructure projects in a consultingenvironment.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Developand maintain project schedules budgets and resource plans to ensuretimely delivery of projects.
• Ensure compliancewith local regulations and standards in the Middle Eastregion.
• Manage project risks and identify andmitigate potential issues that may impact projectdelivery.
• Develop and maintain strongrelationships with clients stakeholders and PMCs
• Oversee the preparation of financial reportsspecifications and contract documents.
• Managethe project team and provide mentorship to junior teammembers.
• Continuously improve processes andprocedures to optimise efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in civilengineering/construction or a related field. MRICS isadvantageous
• Arabic & Muslim isessential due to project location
• At least1520 years of experience in contracts/commercialmanagement
• Experience in a project managementconsultant environment
• Familiarity with localregulations and standards in the Middle East region.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentationskills.
• Ability to work effectively underpressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
