    Job Summary

    Collaborate with Marketing Manager in executing the Marketing department activities.

    Responsibilities This is not an exhaustive list of all the post holder's responsibilities

    • Help in updating the Clinical Library, customers presentations, speakers presentations, Training and on-boarding presentations, competitors, objections handling sheets, Market insights sheets
    • Provide logistical support of all marketing and sales activities (presence, set up, booth preparation, mantling, dismantling etc.)
    • Help the marketing manager preparing the content of the agenda of the marketing activities
    • To ensure that all the Focus products of MSS are covered by the marketing activities
    • Help creating awareness among HCPs with specific projects
    • To handle checklist of Speakers and proctors roadshows, conducted workshops and congresses etc.
    • Follow up with Sales team and product managers on Marketing activities feedback and prepare sales analysis and ROI reports accordingly with the help of the Marketing data analyst
    • Coordinate with Marketing Coordinator to update the budget tracker of the marketing activities on monthly basis (planned and budgeted versus actual expenses)
    • Communicate with Marketing team to update the marketing plan on quarterly basis
    • Collaborate with the Product managers to execute Patient focus Marketing Campaign (field visits, logistics, tools, etc.)
    • Identify clinical studies and research documents to be shared with the Marketing Coordinator for the execution of marketing tools (PowerPoint, brochure, patient brochure, etc.)
    • Assist Marketing Manager in preparation of scientific and specific messages for HCPs delivery (booth, awareness campaign, patients campaigns etc.)
    • Prepare digital and marketing promotion including MSS image branding and website
    • Assist Marketing Manager in crafting the department strategy based on the customers segmentation and executing it in the field
    • Collect data from Sales Team, customers and Product Managers (customers, competition, market research, maps etc.)
    • Assist Marketing Manager in clinical support provided to the Sales Team
    • Any projects or tasks that may be requested by management
    • Coordinate with Product managers and Sales team to report feedback of trials with new product launches
    • Help in the preparation of business plans and launch plans of new products

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor degree in marketing and / or medical related fields , Master degree is a plus
    • 3-5 years' experience in Sales Medical Field, and 2 years' experience in Marketing

    Technical Competencies

    • Knowledge of the Marketing principles
    • Knowledge of methods of effectively searching for scientific journals on public and private (suppliers') databases
    • Knowledge of basic research and statistics methods to understand scientific research content
    • Knowledge of the basic principles of sales forecasting based on internal information
    • Knowledge about the various functions and advantageous uses of the different social media platforms available
    • The ability to develop performance metrics or standards related to information technology
    • The ability to identify and communicate with persons outside the organization
    • Knowledge of the principles of proper briefing and reporting of scientific information
    • Knowledge of the basic principles of marketing in the healthcare industry
    • Creativity
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package, especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
    • Fluent in Arabic and English languages
