    CCDS is a leading provider of information technology and services, specializing in cybersecurity solutions. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant to join our team. As an Oracle HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing HCM solutions for our clients, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.

    Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM functionalities
    • Implement and configure Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Performance Management
    • Create and maintain Oracle HCM customizations, reports, and integrations
    • Conduct system testing, identify and resolve any issues or bugs, and ensure successful deployment
    • Provide guidance and training to end-users, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM updates and enhancements, and recommend any relevant improvements to clients

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM applications
    • In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, functionality, and best practices
    • Strong expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Reports
    • Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud is highly desired
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

    Requirements
