We are now looking for passionate Service centre Operator who would be directly responsible for our workshop job execution with quality and pace. This position of Service Center Technician reports to Service Centre Team manager at Jubail.

Roles and Responsibility

• The Service Center operator Work on simple repair or reconditioning tasks in a Service Centre.

• Execute simple repair tasks according to specifications

• Engaged in 5S, safety and quality and immediately call for service centre management in case of problems/risks

• Minimize number of workshop hours

• Develop and inform him/herself.

• Optional: Partially work with field service tasks at customer site

• Always ensure to wear full PPE demanded by the nature of the work.

• Report the technical findings on the different inspection along the job.

• Report any issues to the Team Leader & take his concerns before proceeding.

• Use proper tools, equipment, and procedures to perform the work.

• Follow the guidelines mentioned in the reconditioning / repair procedures.

• Ensure safety first culture attitude during working execution.

• Be responsible for day-to-day housekeeping.

• Ensure efficient maintenance and care of all company tools, spares and consumables used during work.

• Ensure cleanliness & safety of the workshop tools & personnel.
Candidate profile

• hands on Technician with Diploma/bachelor's in mechanical Engineer /Industrial Engineering

• Agile and positive mindset when it comes to challenges.

• Good level of safety awareness

• Self-Starter and result oriented.

• Team player

• Flair for maintaining relationships and working across different cultures.

• Computer literate. Skilled in MS Office

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Tamheer Program:

• Admission requirements Where applications are considered based on the availability of vacancies and the following criteria
• The applicants must be Saudi National
  
• The applicant should not have been registered in GOSI during the last six months.
• The applicant's cumulative average must not be less than (2.5/4) or (3.5/5) or its equivalent.
• The applicant must have graduated from his/her university or college.
• The required training period should be 6 months as a maximum.

Didn't benefit from the program before.

• The applicant is not enrolled in any job at the moment.
• Returns during the program period.
• Monthly stipend to Bachelor holders, and stipend to Diploma holders from "Hadaf".
• Risk insurance will be covered.
• Certificate of completion of the program from "Hadaf".
• Certificate of completion of the program from "Alfa Laval".
• Online Training Courses.

The required documents

Candidates for this program must submit the following documents:

A copy of the national ID.
- Engineering Graduation document from the university or college.

Program Goals

The program is established to satisfy the following:

Enhance the applicant's skills and to equip them with the necessary experience.
- Equip the applicant with the necessary skills for the labour market.
- Train them on critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- The program aims to give a training chance to get experience, and it does not ensure the applicant to get a job opportunity at Alfa Laval.
