• Together with the relevant teams,develop the architectural, interior design, landscape, andengineering concept plans in accordance with the developmentstrategy, product positioning, and business case for multipleluxury residential units.
• Maintain the projectdevelopment schedule - align and coordinate with the feasibility,project phasing strategy, and developmentstrategy
• Liaise with internal and third-partyconstruction team and external contractors to execute the designand development strategy in the Detailed Design, Tender, andConstruction phases in accordance with the projectvision.
• Manage contractual relationships andmonitor consultancies, contractors andoperators.
