• Develop and implement strategicplans for the Accounting that align with SWPC's finance& accounting, vision, mission, andobjectives.
• Support in the development andmonitoring of the department's annual yearly budget inline with strategic plans.
• Provide subjectmatter expertise and counsel to SWPC's leadership onrelated areas to facilitate the achievement of the finance& accounting and divisionalobjectives.
• Manage departmental objectives bysetting individual objectives, managing performance, developing andmotivating the team.
• Lead talent developmentinitiatives for accounting in collaboration with discipline expertsfrom SWPC to ensure talent meets businessneeds.
• Collaborate effectively with internalstakeholders to deliver defined KPIs in line with SWPC'soverall business plans.
