- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Attract new prospects on phone
- Good knowledge and information about the center's programs and services.
- Talk with parents proficiently about our programs and services.
- Schedule meetings and case-study appointments.
- Responsible for recording Absences of staff and responsible for finger print generating reports.
- Responsible for maintain complete student Files including Observation forms, case-studies
- Use of technology (Microsoft Teams, Accounting online system, Emails, Planner, One drive, Zoom, etc..)
- Abide by all CARF standards
- Work with a team (collaborate with colleagues) to design, plan and provide an excellent modern learning environment.
- Abide by all instructions and guidelines issued by the employer that are in the best interests of the center and its policies as dictated by the employer alone.
