    Persistence Recruitment proudly represents Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund, leading recruitment efforts for the groundbreaking Sovereign Fund Culture and Tourism Destination Giga-Project. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager specializing in Customer Experience to drive excellence in our digital initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Product Ownership:

    • Take full ownership of the Customer Experience product portfolio, with a focus on Sitecore, Ticketing Platforms, and Event Management systems.
    • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and business objectives.

    Strategy and Vision:

    • Define the strategic vision for the Customer Experience product suite, aligning it with the overall objectives of the Giga-Project.
    • Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.

    Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketers, and business stakeholders, to bring the product vision to life.
    • Ensure alignment between customer experience goals and the broader project strategy.

    Customer-Facing Role:

    • Act as the primary interface between the product team and customers, gathering feedback, understanding pain points, and championing customer-centric design.

    Communication and Presentation:

    • Effectively communicate the product strategy, roadmap, and value proposition to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
    • Conduct engaging presentations to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

    Interdisciplinary Leadership:

    • Lead and inspire a cross-functional team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
    • Mentor and guide team members towards achieving product excellence.

    Emotional Intelligence:

    • Demonstrate high emotional intelligence in understanding and responding to customer and team dynamics.
    • Foster positive relationships and effective collaboration.

    Requirements

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer experience.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering exceptional customer-facing solutions.

    Skills:

    Proficiency in Sitecore, Ticketing Platforms, and Event Management systems.

    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships.

    Ownership Mindset:

    • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of products and drive them to success.

    Intercultural Knowledge:

    • Awareness and appreciation of diverse cultural nuances, with the ability to tailor experiences accordingly.
