- Conduct engaging presentations to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Lead and inspire a cross-functional team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Mentor and guide team members towards achieving product excellence.
- Demonstrate high emotional intelligence in understanding and responding to customer and team dynamics.
- Foster positive relationships and effective collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer experience.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering exceptional customer-facing solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of products and drive them to success.
