EXPERIENCEANDEDUCATION:

EssentialQualifications/Experience:

Experiencedin the use of ASD Simplified Technical English (ASDSTE100),formerly known as AECMA Simplified English and mandatory forwriting aerospace and defencedocumentation
Experiencedin CAD demonstrated by vocational training in Autodesk Inventorknowledge or similar to at least Certified Userlevel
Provenexperience in ADP demonstrating knowledge in Computer Essentials,Word Processing and IT Proving experience in Microsoft Office andVisio applications with a working knowledge of typical designoffice userequipments
Experiencein the development and support for maintaining a documentationlibrary for CIS assets and related projectdocuments
Provenability to work with and create documentation such as technicalmanuals, Network topologies (both physical and logical) and CIShandover/ takeover (HO/TOManuals)
Experiencewith using Graphical User Interface and command line interfaceapplications and the reporting of details of hardware and softwareinstalled for configurationmanagement
Workingknowledge or experience with the Oracle logistics tool ( OracleOrder Management/InventoryManagement)

DUTIES/ROLE:
Coordinatewith EMB Management and relevant Sections to assist with thedevelopment and coordination of document and drawing requirementsfor projects and tasks involving multiple sections, to comply withAgency DCIS SLA requirements and supporting NCI AgencyConfigurationManagement
Maintainawareness of deployable assets including equipment status and thetracking of future system activities (current operational status,scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, modifications, exercises andtesting)
Ensuresthat technical manuals, documents, and drawings are kept updatedand advise if amendments are Follow the NCI Agency business modeland existing management plans, policies and procedures and ensurethat all work undertaken is authorized and correctly documented,providing drawing and technical documentation to Service owners,engineers and technicians and assisting in asset management withlogistic handover/takeover handbooks anddocuments
