    We are seeking a software Engineers to join our team who will be responsible for developing and testing front-end code to meet customer needs who has worked and can work on homegrown applications and coding (bug fixing) on Angular, Node.JS, APG II, and Flutter platforms. The application is custom made provides services to clients through mobile and web. This scope includes maintaining application software, health checks, monitoring and troubleshooting issues within the software environment, forecasting and planning for application capacity and demand, in addition to other tasks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Communicate and partner with product owners and business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify application impacts, and recommend solutions.
    • Maintains software including installations, configurations, updates and patches, user authentication, management and provisioning.
    • Monitors and troubleshoots capacity, performance and availability issues in the assigned environment(s).
    • Performs proactive analyses of relevant system log files to maintain application health.
    • Provides primary ownership for identification, documentation, and resolution of all application-related problem tickets, including assisting with root cause analysis.
    • Partners with cross-functional teams across IT to effectively resolve issues, including Service Desk L1 support and Development team L3 support.
    • Develops high-quality documentation related to the Application admin, functional, deployment, and training.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field (or four additional years of related work experience instead of bachelor's).
    • Five years related work experience (i.e. storage/technical experience with concentrated knowledge in one or more areas). (Angular, Node.JS, APG ii, and Flutter)
    • Knowledge of the ITIL process framework - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Level Management.
    • Physical Requirements
    • Ability to work from Riyadh.
    • Ability to provide 24x7x365 support, and some weekend work.
    • Insurance experience is a plus.
