Eram Talent, a global Talent Acquisition Consultancy, is currently looking for an experienced Offshore Structural Draftsman to join our client's team in the UAE. Our client operates in the Oil and Energy industry and specializes in offshore projects. As an Offshore Structural Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating detailed structural drawings and models to support the design and construction of offshore structures.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate and detailed 2D and 3D structural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, sketches, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback and changes in project requirements.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to integrate structural drawings into the overall project design.

Requirements

• Diploma or certificate in Drafting or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Offshore Structural Draftsman.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD or Revit.
• Strong knowledge of structural drafting principles, standards, and symbols.
• Experience in drafting offshore structures, such as platforms, pipelines, and subsea installations, is preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in creating drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
