    Role summary: We are seeking a dynamic leader with 0-1 years of experience in directing teams and managing store operations to join AlShiaka Co. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in driving sales and profitability.


    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing


    Qualification summary: Proven experience as a Assistant Store Manager/Store Manager in a similar industry. Strong organizational and decision-making skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Certification in Retail Management (nice to have).


    Responsibilities:

    Prepare the team schedule according to the business needs.

    Motivate the sales team to drive performance.

    Communicate Monthly Targets to the staff and ensure their effort toward achievement.

    Instruct and train the Assistant Manager

    Coach and supervise and evaluate all employees (assistant manager/salesmen/cashiers)

    Give input to the Retail Supervisor for employees' end-of-year appraisal.

    Plan and conduct on-job training for salesmen

    To ensure proper team behavior in terms of showroom discipline and process and propose actions to SVs as needed.

    Highlight peak times and extra resources ahead of time to allow planning and allocation of needed resources.

    Revert on salesmen's performance against agreed KPIs.

    Ensure a clear understanding of the incentive schemes.


    Skills required:

    Writing and reading Arabic and relative English

    Basic MSFT office knowledge

    Project management skills

    Strong interpersonal and team management skills

    Team player

    Flexible to change working hours and attend to problems as needed
