Perform engineering studies and Identifyingthe reliability programs, tasks, initiatives and/or studies thatare applicable to the facility

Monitor thereliability performance of the organization through reliabilityKPIs, and identify lower level KPIs that are applicable to theprocesses of the facility

Providerecommendations for bridging gaps identified both by the KPIs andby other means of assessments and provide technical support withregards to their implementation Calculate MTBFs for all equipment,Research failure data, implement and improve equipment reliability,predict equipment failures based on MTBF, vibration trend analysis,and Oil Condition Monitoring data, Introduce newtechnology.
