Job summary

The job is to assist students in the classroom and at school by helping them reach their potential and developing their individual talents. The teacher will create opportunities for children to become self-reliant, productive and critical thinkers. They will use continuous assessment methods such as CBM and observations to provide accommodations and modifications to the classroom setting.

The teacher will also run one-on-one sessions in Arabic/Math, provide research-based strategies for teaching skills like reading, spelling and writing using ABC Center evidence-based program for Reading, spelling and Math. They will write an Individualized Educational Plan for students and provide written reports to parents.

The teacher must abide by all CARF standards when working with students with special needs. They are expected to use technology such as Microsoft Teams, Emails Planner One drive Zoom etc., work collaboratively with colleagues design plan delivery excellent modern learning environment align employer instructions guidelines best interests center policies dictated employer alone.
