    Persistence Recruitment is the trusted recruitment partner for Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund, driving talent acquisition for the monumental Sovereign Fund Culture and Tourism Destination Giga-Project. We are currently seeking a skilled Digital Workplace Manager to lead the Technology Adoption Programme, focusing on Okta, SAP, and ServiceNow implementations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Technology Adoption Programme Leadership:

    · Lead the design, development, and execution of the Technology Adoption Programme for Okta, SAP, and ServiceNow.

    · Drive the adoption of new technologies, ensuring seamless integration into the organization's digital workplace.

    2. Okta, SAP, and ServiceNow Implementation:

    · Oversee the implementation and optimization of Okta for identity and access management.

    · Manage SAP implementation, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.

    · Lead the ServiceNow implementation for efficient service management and automation.

    3. User Training and Support:

    · Develop and execute training programs to enhance user proficiency in Okta, SAP, and ServiceNow.

    · Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users, fostering a positive user experience.

    4. Change Management:

    · Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the smooth adoption of new technologies.

    · Work closely with stakeholders to address concerns, manage expectations, and drive positive change.

    5. Integration and Collaboration:

    · Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration of Okta, SAP, and ServiceNow.

    · Foster collaboration between departments to maximize the benefits of the digital workplace technologies.

    6. Continuous Improvement:

    · Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in digital workplace processes and technologies.

    · Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to propose enhancements and optimizations.

    7. Data Security and Compliance:

    · Implement and enforce data security measures in alignment with industry best practices.

    Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the digital workplace

    Requirements

    1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

    2. Experience:

    · Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management and digital workplace technologies.

    · Proven experience in leading Technology Adoption Programmes.

    3. Technical Acumen:

    · In-depth knowledge of Okta, SAP, and ServiceNow.

    · Familiarity with identity and access management, enterprise resource planning, and service management.

    4. Change Management Skills:

    · Strong change management skills with a focus on user adoption and organizational impact.

    5. Communication Skills:

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

    6. Leadership:

    · Demonstrated leadership abilities in driving digital workplace initiatives.
