support requirements.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
3.<\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide guidance on the computation of forward requirements including
repair cycle authorizations. Coordinate logistics plans and program<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
with
Supply, Maintenance, Transportation, Procurement and other activities in
support of assigned mission.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
4.<\/span><\/span><\/span>Assisting in the management and control of depot level repair,
maintenance, modification, overhaul and test of weapons.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
5.<\/span><\/span><\/span>Advise on budgetary management.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
6.<\/span><\/span><\/span>Advise on the implication of introducing data processing techniques at
executive levels of Supply.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
7.<\/span><\/span><\/span>Working all request from Supply Systems Officer or Director of Supply as
needed.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

<\/span><\/span><\/p>
1.<\/span><\/span><\/span>Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in all areas of logistics of
which 8 years will have been in a managerial capacity. This experience<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
will
have been related to aircraft support in a military environment and should be as
qualified as a USF Supply Management Technician<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Specialist.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
2.<\/span><\/span><\/span>Thorough background knowledge of the techniques of logistics planning and
programming in functional areas of Supply, transportation,<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
procurement,
statistical methods and procedures, functions pertaining to logistics support,
system and training.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
3.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong communicative skills, both oral and written<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
4.<\/span><\/span><\/span>Able to advise on the development of logistics support concepts and
systems, with guidance on their implementation and coordination of resource
costs and availability.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
