- Supervise process optimization and promote commonality in processes and tools.
- Participate in creating models and mechanisms that make the delivery and execution of processes smooth.
- Perform regular process efficiencies and effectiveness analysis in the assigned guideline of Business, creating insights from the analysis performed and supporting the implementation of improvements.
- Set recommendations and build improvement actions for opportunities identified in cooperation with reporting manager.
- Collaborate regularly with the project office/function team and clients for necessary exposure and improvement.
- Work with external consultant audit as a third party to verify internal business processes for validation and enhancement and improvement.
- Supervise and lead change management in partnership with relevant stakeholders, working closely on process performance insights, changes, and improvements.
- Communicate updates, progress, issues, risks, and help needed.
- Check compliance with established processes and procedures.
- Participate in Conducting on-site tour frequency to participate in excellence audit checks, verify and recommend corrective actions.
- Leverage best practices to drive consistency across teams.
- Enhance the entire reporting /tracking system of business process development /enhancement and corrective actions.
- Keep aware of ISO QA/QC standard updates, and any new legislation of the project region for job reflection.
- Supervisor & evaluate business excellence employees' performance with continuous feedback on their assigned tasks and provide development opportunities to maximize the potential and engagement of employees.
- Supervise the talent pipeline through effective utilization of employee development programs, mentoring programs, career planning, and succession planning.
- Supervise employees' changes through continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices taking best practices into account, changes in standards, and changes in the business environment which demand proactive action plans
- Discuss performance goals at the start of the year with the Operational Excellence Manager and ensure that the goals are monitored and achieved during the year.
- Take ownership of your learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the Operational Excellence manager and working towards bridging the gaps through various means beyond just training.
- Understand the competencies relevant to the role, and work towards displaying as well as developing these effectively.
- Keep abreast of relevant professional developments, new techniques, and current issues through continued education and professional networks.
- Handle any additional tasks as per business needs
- Follow all relevant company and ePMO department policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
