    Job Description

    • Assist in the preparation of business plans.
    • Market research and analysis.
    • Coordination with other teams for internal validation of the business plans.
    • Preparation of various documents related to projects.
    • Proven experience in development and real estate industry (including hotel industry).
    • Strong salesperson character and personality with a genuine interest in building relationships and social interactions.
    • Strong acumen across hospitality industry including brands, companies, investors, news, trends and opportunities.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate, influence and generate confidence, trust and respect.
    • Investigate and convert potential new build, identify main Hotel projects and stakeholders.

    Qualifications
    • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills required.
    • Mastery of Excel, word and PowerPoint.
    • Organizational skills, attention to details and ability to work in autonomy will be key requirements
    • Team player with positive attitude.
    • Strong attention to detail and the production of high-quality work.
    • Should display personal drive to succeed and achieve.
    • Understanding of hospitality industry/mixed-use development and real estate market; type of investors, trends, competitive intelligence.
    • Understanding of franchise and management agreements.
    • Ability to build and maintain business relationships.
    • Understand and interpret financial modeling.
    • Ability to work as part of a team
    • Strong knowledge in market analysis and feasibility studies
    • Strong project management leadership
    • Proficiency with document management systems
    • Knowledge of hotel industry and hotel P&Ls
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

    Additional Information
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (hospitality management, real estate finance, asset management)
    • Experience in hospitality, real estate or consultancy firms
    • Language Requirement: English and Arabic
    • Multi-tasking skills
    • Result oriented
