- Process Improvement: Assist in identifying areas for process improvement within the organization and contribute ideas for enhancing operational efficiency
- Data Analysis: Analyze operational data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and present findings to the Operations team
- Project Support: Provide support to ongoing projects by assisting with project planning, coordination, and execution under the guidance of senior team members
- Documentation Management: Assist in the creation, organization, and maintenance of operational documents, including procedures, manuals, and reports
- Vendor Management: Support the Operations team in managing vendor relationships, including conducting vendor assessments, tracking performance, and resolving issues
- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, including conducting regular audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Customer Support: Provide support to the Customer Service team by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely responses to customer queries
- Quality Assurance: Assist in implementing quality assurance measures to ensure that operational processes meet established standards and comply with regulatory requirements
- Compliance Monitoring: Support the Operations team in monitoring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as IT, Finance, and Customer Service, to support cross-functional initiatives and achieve organizational goals
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment and willingness to learn and develop new skills
