    Our client is seeking anexperienced and resultsdriven Sales Manager to lead their salesteam and drive business growth. The successful candidate will beresponsible for generating new business expanding existing accountsand ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The Sales Managerwill play a crucial role in developing and implementing effectivesales strategies managing customer relationships and contributingto the overall success of the sales department.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generating new business and supporting theexpansion of existing operations.
    • Takingresponsibility for incoming orders sales and maintaining acontinuous focus on pipeline development with a strong emphasis oncustomer engagement.
    • Building robust businessrelationships with relevant contacts and decisionmakers within thetargeted sector.
    • Planning and executing theoffer process considering all customer information andrequirements.
    • Actively participating ininternal approval processes to ensure smoothimplementation.
    • Collaborating with operationsto prepare offers and conducting opportunity and risk assessmentswith the involvement of presales or relevant deliveryunits.
    • Organizing coordinating and executingcontract negotiations with a solutionoriented approach addressingcustomer inquiries and needs within established offerframeworks.
    • Mapping and consistently updatingidentified business opportunities and pipeline details within theCRM system.
    • Continuously preparinginterpreting and documenting analysis results related to the marketcustomers potential and progress in business development. Creatingwellqualified decision templates.
    • Initiatingand actively participating in the execution of sales or marketingcampaigns and similar initiatives.
    Qualifications
    • Possess a professional background of 1012 years in salesbusiness development or presales within the information technologysector covering project solution and/or productbusiness.
    • Hold a Bachelors Degree in computerscience information technology or a relevant field.
    • Demonstrate a highly proficient technical understandingof information and communication technology.
    • Work independently with a structured and goaloriented approachdisplaying perseverance and resilience.
    • Exhibit a strong customer orientation and a proactivemindset.
    • Showcase lateral thinking abilitiesenabling flexible design of solutions and offers across portfoliosbased on the specific customer situation.
    • Thrive on challenges demonstrating a goal and solutionorientedmindset.
    • Possess competence in bid managementand the preparation of offers.
    • Develop andcoordinate professional networks.
    • Informallyand situationally lead interdisciplinary teams with leadershipexperience being an advantage.
