    Position Overview

    We are looking to bring on a Sales Director to with our sales organization. This role will work with enterprise clients in order to present our portfolio of technology as solutions to their problems.The ideal candidate should possess a unique combination of interpersonal communications skills, technical acumen, and domain knowledge in the AI/Big Data/Data Analytics/Machine Learning spaces that can build trust quickly to ensure customers gain maximum benefit in minimum project time-frames.

    Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Support the introduction of Beyond Limits cognitive engineering capabilities into new divisions within existing customers by coordinating with local sales resources while keeping an eye on any potential new project areas of value overlap.
  • Identify and engage new potential clients while securing RFQs that leverage our current IP.
  • Work alongside technical colleagues to establish SoWs, and identify crossover capabilities within new organizations.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in selling software or SaaS applications.
  • 5+ years leading high performing sales teams.
  • 2-5 years in enterprise AI, machine learning or deep learning.
  • History of meeting or exceeding sales expectations Ability to build relationship with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather user requirements and work within a project SoW, engineering, and sales resources to ensure complete user satisfaction.
  • Experience working in the at least one of the following segments: energy, healthcare, finance.
  • Experience working with executives at global enterprise clients.
