Responsibilities
- Experience in Oil Gas Hydrocarbon Refinery Onshore Offshore or Infrastructure Industries The experience shall consist of involvement in construction safety activities related to large projects Safety compliance audits with safety programs requirements consistent with Saudi Aramco Contractor safety administrative requirements of construction safety manual including corrective action procedures Shall be responsible to ensure effective implementation of established Safety Programs Must have thorough knowledge of international safety standards and procedures Provide leadership and advice on HSE matters to implementation contractor personnel working at site Ensure implementation of all HSE Plan requirements across portfolio projects Participate in daily planning meetings involving implementation contractors ensuring effective implementation project HSE requirements Review implementation contractor Job Hazard Assessments JHA work permits applications complimentary certificates verify requirement job site Demonstrate leadership commitment achievement HSE objectives success Contract Project HSE initiatives Maintain knowledge current governing regulations codes practices inform HSE Lead whenever revisions HES Plan required Report instances non-compliance unsafe acts / conditions incidents near misses including Ensure site inspection audit programs implemented Ensure EPCM Implementation contractor personnel completed maintain current training Monitor effectiveness communication materials i.e Job Bulletins Toolbox Talk Safe Observation Cards Safety Alerts Lessons Learned etc Education Bachelor s Degree Must have international recognized professional certification i.e CSP CMIOSH Moving forward together We committed building diverse inclusive respectful workplace everyone feels belongs bring themselves heard Provide equal employment opportunities qualified applicants employees regard age race creed color religion sex national origin ancestry disability status veteran status sexual orientation gender identity expression genetic information marital status citizenship status basis protected law Want people energized empowered drive sustainable impact focus values-inspired culture unlocks brilliance belonging connection innovation Not just talking doing Reskilling people leveraging transferable skills supporting transition workforce become experts today low carbon energy infrastructure technology Path potential career success here Broaden horizons explore diverse opportunities part delivering sustainable change
