One of our clients in the UAE, iscurrently looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to be based in Abu

Inthis role, your responsibility would include but not limitedto:

• Conducts orientationtraining and in-service training to explain policies, workprocedures and to demonstrate use and maintenance ofequipment
  
• Inventories stock toensure adequate
  
• Responsible forassigning and supervising the activities of the public area staff;to ensure clean, orderly and attractive corridors, stairways andcomfort
  
• Supervise work activitiesof cleaning personnel to ensure clean, orderly and attractive roomsin
  
• Assign duties, inspect work andinvestigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipmentand take corrective
  
• Assigningcleaning task, checking that the work isdone properly and producing reports representing the hours work bythe
  
• Ensures that the housekeepingunit operates efficiently, meets performance goals, timelines and
  
• Respond and coordinate guest
  
• Provide a safe and healthyenvironment for both guests and
  
• Reporting maintenance
  
• Attend to the issuance of uniformsas well as guestrooms, restaurant and banquet linen, cleaningmaterials, supplies as well as guestroomamenities
  
• Look into the properarrangement and storage of linen, uniforms and general supplies inthe linen
  
• Perform side duties likemending, repair of uniforms and
  
• Receive all surrendered linenitems, check if they are complete and in good condition and endorsesoiled items to Laundry Section for
  
• Performs cleaning duties in casesof emergency or staff
  

Requirements

Tobe considered, you need to meet the followingrequirements:

• Willingness to work avariety of day/night and weekend
  
• Able to communicate properly inEnglish
  
• Excellent peopleskills
  
• In-depth knowledge of themethods and products used in
  
• Thorough understanding of safetyprecautions in all housekeeping
  
• Skilled in operating a variety ofmechanized cleaning equipment, such as vacuums and floor
  
• Willing to work in AbuDhabi
