    Major Job DutiesResponsibilities:

    • Preparation of specific and systematic standards for theimplementation and completion of contracts.
    • Assist in all contract obligations inquiries andreviews.
    • Identify risks and issues and suggestalternatives that lead to the best solution.
    • Review and manage the contractual obligations of theparties and provide continuous review to ensure that all terms andconditions are met.
    • Preparation anddissemination of information on the status of the contractcompliance amendments etc.
    • Act as the maincontact between the project team the work unit and the legal unitensuring that all legal and contractual issues are handledefficiently.
    • Responsible for informing theproject team of the contract requirements and monitoringcompliance.
    • Develop and integrate contractmanagement tools templates methods and processes forparticipation.
    • Study the offers submitted tothe company in terms of its contractual terms and indicate theircompliance with the requirements of the establishment from aregulation and legal point of view.
    • Prepare areport on each presentation of the previous study and submit it tothe director of the legal department.
    • Preparing contracts before concluding them and sendingthem to the concerned departments.
    • Phrasingspecialized contracts for services purchases tenders or auctionsetc.
    • The attempt to amend the fixed contractsof the company in a manner consistent with the interests of theestablishment and third parties.
    • Follow up theapproved facilitys contracts and study them periodically to ensurethat suppliers are prepared to implement their terms infull.
    • Write reports stating that there are anyterms or conditions in the establishment that must be implementedto avoid the establishment incurring penal conditions.
    • Review the draft terms and specifications of the tendersin coordination with the financial department the requestingDepartment and the legal adviser if necessary.
    • Implementation and development of contract procedures andclauses and maintaining the rights of the entity towardsthem.
