Position: ICT/IT Manager

XAD Technologies LLC is a leading technology company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled ICT/IT Network Engineer to join our team.

As an ICT/IT Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's network infrastructure. This includes managing the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network equipment and ensuring the smooth operation of our network systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and other hardware.

Configure and maintain network equipment to ensure optimal performance and security.

Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution.

Monitor network performance and make recommendations for improvements.

Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network systems.

Implement and maintain network security protocols to protect against cyber threats.

Conduct regular network audits to identify and address any vulnerabilities.

Keep up-to-date with the latest network technologies and make recommendations for adoption.

Create and maintain network documentation and diagrams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an ICT/IT Network Engineer.

Extensive knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.

Experience with network security protocols and best practices.

Strong understanding of network hardware and software, including Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto.

Knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Hyper-V.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Relevant certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, or JNCIA, are highly desirable.
