The Role

You will be responsible for :

• Leading the development team through the software life-cycle to deliver systems and applications.
• Ensuring the development of well-designed and testable code.
• Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.

Ideal Profile

• Experience using object-oriented programming language (Java is a must, more languages are a plus).
• Experience designing APIs (swagger) and creating RESTful microservices in OpenShift (a must), and Kubernetes (for a plus).
• Comfortable with SQL/NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB (a must), and more (for a plus).
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, MVC architecture, and design patterns.
• Experience with modern build strategies, continuous integration, unit testing, test driven secure development practices, static and dynamic analysis, automated integration tests.
• Continuous delivery experience. Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins).
• Knowledge of Docker, image registries.
• Ability to lead hands-on work across the squads, supporting architectural discussions, ensuring timely deliverables and advanced and complex integrations in place.
• Knowledge of secure architecture, best practices, SecDevOps angle, where security has to be at the top.
