• Lead and mentor welding and piping teams ensuringsuccessful project execution.
• Foster asafetyconscious and collaborative team culture.
• Oversee daytoday operations implementing operationalpolicies for team optimization.
• Coordinate andallocate resources effectively collaborating with projectmanagers.
• Monitor and enforce qualitystandards conducting inspections for precision.
• Strictly enforce safety protocols conduct audits andimplement corrective actions.
• Conduct regularperformance evaluations providing feedback andrecognition.
• Address and resolve issues withinthe teams implementing corrective measures.
• Facilitate effective communication between team membersproject managers and stakeholders.
• Act as aliaison between upper management and teams conveying goals andexpectations.
