As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by building and maintaining long-term relationships with both new and existing clients. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, presenting our product offerings, negotiating and closing sales deals, and achieving sales targets.

To succeed in this role, you must be highly self-motivated, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a proven track record in sales. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to thrive under pressure. Your ability to identify new sales opportunities, build rapport with clients, and provide exceptional customer service will be integral to your success.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to promote our products and services
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation
• Successfully meet or exceed sales targets and objectives
• Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the packaging industry or related field
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
