The Hospice Registered Nurse is responsible for the planning, coordinating, providing, and documenting care for patients from the day of admission through the day of

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilizes physicians orders and professional skills
  
• Develops and implements a plan of care that meets each patients specific needs and follows accrediting organization standards, federal and state regulations, reimbursement guidelines, as well as the organizations policies and
  

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  
• BSN (preferred)
  
• Current licensee as a nurse (RN or LPN) in the State of
  

Required:

• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing in a hospice/Oncology setting
  
• Current Michigan drivers license and/or reliable transportation
