    We are looking for a solution selling consultant to join our high-performing Hilti Saudi Arabia team. The Solution Consultant at Hilti is the product and process expert for our Fleet/Tool Park Management and ONTrack Asset Management services, and is responsible for driving and increasing sales for these services.

    The purpose of the role is to assist in growing and supporting software and services with local, regional, and global partners at Hilti. The role involves researching new business prospects by running customer surveys for product development and working with sales teams to develop local strategies. The job holder needs to maintain knowledge of assigned product portfolio and related services. Scope: Anchor job in Solution Selling structure.

    • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or IT
    • Minimum of 2 years consultative selling experience
    • Ability to make key decisions regarding change management and adjust each plan to the individual needs
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment: Marketing, Sales, and Global Team members
    • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
    • Strong interest in software and skilled in Microsoft office suite
    • Drive to develop strong and sustainable relationships internal and external
    • High level of entrepreneurship and presentation skills
