We are looking for a passionate, self-driven, and experienced Procurement Manager to join one of the leading metal and manufacturing companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies in line with organizational goals and objectives.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and new product offerings.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance and support.
• Oversee the procurement process from sourcing to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Analyze and control procurement spend, optimizing costs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of goods and services in accordance with agreed-upon terms.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in procurement, at least 3 years as procurement manager
• Experience in metals, engineering, or industrial engineering is a must.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in the use of procurement software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
