- Set up product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers, working collaboratively with the sales team to ensure that demos are tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities, tracking leads through the sales funnel and providing regular updates to the sales team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, using insights to develop and refine lead generation approaches.
- 1+ years of experience in sales development, preferably in e-commerce or technology companies.
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads and supporting revenue growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with potential customers.
- Self-starter, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Results-driven, with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software is a plus.
