    What you'll be doing:

    • Setting up call center operations with the assistance of IT, HR & operations teams
    • Hiring of Telesales teams and allocation of resources according to regional targets
    • Developing and executing overall commercial strategy with regard to Telesales
    • Setting sales targets for the Telesales teams for Meetings Pushed for field sales teams
    • Ensuring meetings done by field sales teams against the meetings pushed by Telesales teams
    • Evaluation of meeting notes by field sales teams and suggesting improvements
    • Monitoring and reporting performance of the call center KPIs
    • Management of Non-Metro towns targets where physical sales teams are not present
    • Tele-selling/upselling products to individual clients (non-agency clients)
    • Management of client complaints and ensuring timely resolution
    • Setting up educational drives for clients (agencies & individuals)
    • Monitoring sales targets and reporting anomalies
    • Act as a bridge between stakeholders in improving overall operations
    • Making business requirements for CRM Tech development and overseeing development
    • Suggesting new products or alteration of existing products
    • Monitoring of region-wise Profit/Loss and suggesting improvements

    Desired Candidate Profile




    Profile:

    • Bachelor s degree in sales, business administration, or related field
    • Minimum of 7 years experience in Call Centers, Telesales or Field Sales (Preferably within the property industry)
    • Able to demonstrate a proven track record within a similar role
    • Telesales, Call Center, Virtual Sales or Field Sales Operations
    • Strong negotiation and leadership skills
    • High level interpersonal skills to facilitate communication in person, by email, and telephone with professionalism
    • Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills
