    As a member of our Middle EastSales team you will develop implement and manage the strategy togrow our international portfolio profitably and achieve significantmarket share in the Middle East. This is both a challenging andexciting opportunity which requires you to develop a detailedunderstanding of every aspect of the international business andwork with all our departments. The successful candidate will beresponsible for establishing and managing a distribution network ofbrokers/consultants and strategic partners to ensure profitablegrowth.

    PrincipalAccountabilities

    • Generate and follow up new business leads to meet sales andprofitability targets in line with overallstrategy;
    • Research anddevelop new business opportunities within assigned industrycategories/market segments;
    • Prepare focused clientspecific presentationsfor new business emphasising the USPs of Cigna versus thecompetition;
    • Developproactive strategy with regular reviews maximising specificopportunities as they arise;
    • Assess prospective clients existing expatriateinsurance arrangements to identify and develop new businessopportunities;
    • Build upand maintain distribution network of brokers/consultants andstrategic partners;
    • Act asadviser to prospective clients brokers/consultants and strategicpartners on all aspects of their (clients) expatriate insurancerequirements;
    • Keep abreastof all developments in the market both client and competitorrelatedcontributing to new product development/business initiativesaccordingly;
    • Liaise withother Cigna offices to develop opportunities;
    • Liaise with internal departments in line withestablished procedures to generate growth opportunities whilstmaintaining a high level of service;
    • Participate in key projects as may berequired
    • Accurate database management of prospective clients and opportunities by meansof CRM software (SFDC).

    Aboutyou

    • Salesexperience in the corporate market with internationalexposure.
    • Experience incorporate Employee Benefits (group healthcare insurances) isessential
    • Fluency inwritten and spoken Arabic is preferred
    • Ability to work independently to achieveambitious new business targets
    • Numeracy and ability to analyse statisticalinformation
    • High levelconsultative Sales/Negotiation/Influencing
    • Highly Selfmotivated effective goalsetting
    • Excellentcommunication skills written and verbal
    • Ability to communicate complex concepts in aclear and concise fashion.
    • Ability to research prepare and deliver client presentations in arange of formats and settings.
    • Effective relationship builder
    • Integrity honesty and ademonstrated capacity to take stand and defend ownposition.
    • Excellent timemanagement and project management skills
    • Excellent presentationskills
    • Experience in MSOffice Suite
    • Fastthinker/problem solver with the ability to work in fastpacedenvironments
    • Team playerable to partner and collaborate with a large number oforganizations and functions at all levels
