    Job Purpose:

    Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.

    Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for Salehiya current and future hiring needs.

    Key Accountabilities

    Operational:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
    • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates; conduct initial phone screens to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling and conducting interviews, coordinating technical assessments, and facilitating the decision-making process.
    • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical positions.
    • Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
    • Build and maintain relationships with technical communities, universities, and professional organizations to enhance candidate-sourcing efforts.
    • Track and report recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires into the organization.
    • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and talent acquisition strategies to enhance recruitment effectiveness.

    Qualifications and Experience

    Minimum Qualifications: Associates or bachelor's in human resources, business management or similar.

    Minimum Experience: Minimum 2 – 3 Years of experience in the same field.

    Skills:

    • Advance English (Verbal and written Communication skills).
    • Proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment, with a focus on delivering quality hires.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Knowledge with HRDF and Tawteen programs and process.
