    JOBDESCRIPTION

    ROLE PURPOSE

    Toprovide all necessary help and support to passengers as required bycustomers which may include check in baggage processing boarding offlights greeting arriving passengers handling of VIPs providespecial passenger assistance handle customer complaints to achievecustomers satisfaction.

    ROLES &RESPONSIBILITIES

    Operational

    • Provide direct customer services includingcheckin seat assignment baggage checking excess baggage collectiondocumentation and travel permission checks passenger handlingrerouting and the coordination of activities in the terminal withconcerned departments.
    • Assist passengers asneeded through arrival and checkin processes including support forpassengers with special requirements such as unaccompanied minorsVIP passengers and passengers needing wheelchairassistance.
    • Assist colleagues in other areasof the airport to ensure that wheelchairs strollers and gatecheckedbags (cleared through security...) are made available for loadingupon departure and delivery to passengers upon arrival.
    • Always maintain the highest standards of safety andsecurity in alignment with SGSs safety and healthregulations.
    • Knowledge of customer serviceincluding assisting customers with hotel reservations groundtransportation catering local attractions/activities and otherfunctions that will be helpful to the customer.
    • Issue boarding passes and reschedule passengers affectedby flight interruptions or cancellations.
    • Resolve customer requests questions and needs ensuringthe best use of resources to accomplish these tasks in a high paceenvironment.

    Minimum Education Required

    • Minimum of a High school diploma
    • Bachelors degree in a relevant field is a plus
